One-of-a-kind experiences call for one-of-a-kind care. We believe that to keep this particular garment looking its best, a few simple steps should be taken to maintain those natural fibres. Although handwashing is always preferable, the cold water setting on your machine is a suitable option. First, soak the sweater in cold water with a specialty wool detergent. Give it a gentle wash for a couple of minutes and then make sure it is placed flat in a towel to draw out excess moisture. To complete the process of keeping your cashmere looking first class, air drying is highly recommended.

Returns and Exchanges
. Returns for an exchange or store credit are eligible but only if the return is made within 14 days of purchase and in its packaging. The item must also be in perfect condition without any wear or tear. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return if there is the slightest sign of a scratch on the item or it is without its original packaging.) Store credit is valid for one year from date of purchase.
